Negative: Beds were not comfortable, pillows were hard, room was extremely dry, the furnace wouldn’t turn off we had to manually turn it off.

Negative: We couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner. We turned it on, but it didn’t work.

Negative: I did not like the heater noise like water falling during our stay. It was an ongoing noise. Very disappointed that we could not rest as we wanted. Carpet is old and looks dirty. I kept coughing because of the allergy to dust, not sure if it was because of the carpet. Parking fee should have been informed to us before booking. I realized there was a parking when i was checking in with Banff Inn. Other places where i stayed, mentioned before the booking that there will be parking charges.

Summary: Was good, great location and the views on the Rockies was superb. I like the Banff city in general.

Positive: The location was excellent, and our room was clean, cozy, and warm.

Negative: The pillows were extremely stiff and firm. This might be fine if you prefer that style, but I personally found it uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping because of it.

Summary: Great place overall, though the pillows were quite firm, which is a matter of personal preference.
